We’re delighted to let you know that from 1st September 2025, NHM has acquired the medical equipment service division of Southern Care Maintenance Ltd (SCM) into the NHM service team.

 What does this mean for our customers ?

  • The same engineers you know and trust will continue looking after you.

  • No change in pricing – your rates remain the same.

  • Even more services now available to you: WhatsApp parts finder, mattress servicing and decontamination, installation, storage and transport of medical equipment, and our exceptional first-fix rate.

  • Access to additional engineers for rapid call outs.

Your trusted service will now come under the NHM brand and updated contracts will be sent out in due course – but rest assured, your service will continue seamlessly.

This transition will enable SCM to concentrate on the, Supply, Installation, Servicing and 24 hours call side of the business with Fire Alarms and Nurse call systems
